Grace Villa Nursing Home employs Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Dietary Aides, Laundry Aides and Housekeepers. We hire only qualified caring people to care for our residents.
Grace Villa has a complete Health & Safety Program that provides all employees with education and equipment to allow then to perform their duties in a safe and secure manner. We follow all standards set out by Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour. Members of our management team regularly attend a Safety Group to ensure Grace Villa remains a leader in protecting our staff while ensuring quality resident care.
Grace Villa realizes the importance of staff recognition. Throughout the year Grace Villa celebrates Nurse's Week, Dietary Week, Environmental Week, etc. Grace Villa also has a staff appreciation gala held on an annual basis.
